Chicken Francese
Ingredients
Thin Sliced Chicken Cutlets
Flour
Eggs
Butter
Salt & Pepper
Parsley & Garlic Powder
Lemon
Olive Oil
White Wine
1) Heat at least 1/2 cup olive oil in a frying pan
2) Get 2 seperate bowls and in one you will beat 2 whole eggs and in the other one add the flour
3) Put the chicken cutlets into flour and then into the egg, and fry each one
4) After you have fried all of the cutlets, set them aside and leave the oil on medium heat
5) Add 2 sticks of butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1/2 cup white wine and 2 sliced lemons (Mix well)
6) Now add your chicken back into the mixed pan, lower and cover for 3 minutes or so
