Italian Fish Salad
Ingredients1 LB. OF FRESH SHRIMP
1 LB. OF CALAMARI 1 LB. OF SQUID 1 LB. OF SCALLOPS 2 CANS OF BLACK MEDIUM OLIVES 2 GLASS JARS OF SMALL GREEN SPANISH OLIVES W/PIMENTOS FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY 1 SMALL JAR OF SLICED RED PEPPERS (CUT IN HALF) 5 LARGE LEMONS 1 LEMON ZESTED, then squeezed SALT & PEPPER (OPTIONAL: RED CRUSHED PEPPER) 1/2 CUP OF OLIVE OIL |
1) Boil the Shrimp, Calamari, Squid and scallops
2) As soon as it comes to a boil you can shut it off so that it does not get tough
3) Rinse everything and let cool down
4) Cut into small pieces
5) Cut Celery real small and then add it to the bowl with ALL of the ingredients above
6) Add spices, lemon Zest and lemon juices and turn well
