Stuffed Portobello Mushroom
Ingredients
Large Portobello Mushrooms
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Bread Crumb (unseasoned)
Salt & Pepper
Parsley
1) Wash and clean large portabello mushrooms and remove the middle by twisting them out
2) Place them on a baking sheet and then drip olive oil and garlic powder on each one
3) Bake them until the mushrooms look smaller and cooked
4) Take them out of the oven and leave them on the side while making the topping
5) In a small bowl, put in bread crumb, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley
6) Then add olive oil very slow and keep mixing until the bread crumb is wet but not soggy
7) Add mix from the bowl to top of the mushrooms and then broil them until the bread crumbs turn golden brown
