Zeppoles
1) Mix the yeast and some hot water together and let sit for 5 minutes
2) Add flour and salt and mix it all together
3) Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it sit for two or three hours to rise
4) Then take a tablespoon and scoop them into the hot oil
5) Cook until golden brown, strain and place on a paper towel
6) Sprinkle Confection Sugar on top of them
