Meat Sauce
Ingredients
Large Can of Tomato Sauce
Plain Sausage (about 2 lbs. and No fennel seeds)
Pork
Chopped Onions
Fresh Basil
Red Wine
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
1) Heat olive oil in large pot and then add in sausages and a piece of pork
2) When meat gets a little brown you will then add in the chopped onions
3) When onions look light brown you will add in salt, pepper and alot of fresh basil
4) Add a little garlic powder and then immediately add your red wine (let steam for minute)
5) Add large can of tomato sauce and stir it until it is well mixed and comes to a boil
6) Add meatballs right to the hot sauce and turn carefully until it comes to a boil once again
7) Stir carefully not to brake up the meatballs and then lower the heat
8) Let it simmer for about 2 hours and keep turning from the bottom
Notes: Do not cover the pot or it will be watery and not get any thicker
