Rice Balls
Ingredients
Mahatma Rice
Eggs
Polly-O Mozzarella
Bread Crumbs (Plain)
Salt & Pepper
Parsley
Garlic Powder
Oil
1) Cook the rice until it is very well done, practically stuck to the pot (Note: Do not burn)
2) Let the rice cool down (Note: The rice MUST be cool otherwise the egg will cook in the rice and the mozarella will melt)
3) Seperate the yolk and egg white into seperate bowls
4) Mix the egg yolk, salt, pepper, parsley and polly-o mozzarella into the cooled rice
5) After everything is fully mixed into the rice then roll the mixture into small balls
6) Dip the small balls into the egg white and then roll them into the bread crumbs
7) Put breaded balls into the hot oil and fry them until they are golden brown
